Introduction
The implementation of Universal Credit (UC) across the country is now complete and old style ‘legacy’ benefits such as Tax Credits and Income Support have been abolished. With lots of people now claiming UC, having moved over from being on ‘legacy’ benefits for many years, being able to provide up-to-date and accurate guidance on UC is now more important than ever.
This webinar is aimed at people working in a legal setting who need to feel confident and updated in their knowledge of UC, especially in the context of the recent changes introduced through the Universal Credit Act 2025 (UCA 2025).
Please note that the webinar is not suitable for specialist benefits caseworkers and will not address immigration-related benefits issues.
