Since the Agriculture Act 2020, we have embarked on a journey within the UK in relation to a transitional agricultural policy with ultimate destinations in relation to that policy constantly evolving and being developed.

This virtual classroom seminar will consider that journey but will more importantly look at where we have got to in that transition, how this impacts on how we deal with various transactional matters in practice including considerations in drafting documents and also, where we are heading and the impact that these changes will have in the longer term for the farming businesses that we represent.

What You Will Learn

This live and interactive session will cover the following:

  • Agriculture Act 2020 - what it says and its impact
  • Update on the current position
  • Outline of the current schemes available
  • What will be available in future
  • The impact of the above on drafting considerations for various types of agreement in an agricultural and land occupation context

Recording of live sessions: Soon after the Learn Live session has taken place you will be able to go back and access the recording - should you wish to revisit the material discussed.
