This new virtual classroom seminar, aimed at private client lawyers, will look at the options open to agricultural tenant clients when dealing with their tenancy interest as part of their succession planning, both during lifetime and on death.
When advising farming clients on succession planning it is important to consider the interest held in any agricultural tenancies.
The type of agricultural tenancy held or how such interest is held is often complex and requires some investigation.
The session will provide you with an understanding of the particular options open to farming clients in relation to agricultural tenancy interests together as well as the procedures to be followed and valuation of such interests.
