PSC Register - All You Need to Know
Introduction
This webinar will cover the People With Significant Control (‘PSC’) Register requirements brought about by the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (‘SBEEA’) in order for you to ensure your clients remain fully compliant with the legislation together with further changes brought about by both the implementation of the 4th Money Laundering Directive and the 5th Money Laundering Directive (which was brought into force on 10 January 2020).
