New SRA Code of Conduct Rule - Treating Colleagues Fairly

Introduction

In Spring 2023 the SRA introduced a new Code of Conduct rule which requires all solicitors to treat colleagues fairly and with respect and partners to challenge behaviour that does not meet that standard.
