Introduction

We expect 2026 to get off to a fast pace in terms of AML and for there to be lots of changes in regulations and legislation, updates in guidance and plenty of things in the news!

MLROs and their deputies will need to ensure that all policies, procedures, internal controls and risk assessments have been updated to incorporate the changes, and training has been provided for the staff on what’s new.

This is easier said than done as the world of AML changes at such a fast pace. How do you keep yourself in touch with all that is happening and put it into practice?

This new virtual classroom seminar will make sure you are up to speed with recent developments and is essential viewing for MLROs and deputies, compliance officers and those who wish to keep themselves abreast of all things MLTF related.
