Managing Sensitive Issues in the Workplace with Confidence
Speaker
Introduction
Issues do arise in the workplace that are difficult to manage. Sensitive topics can be particularly difficult, because raising them and addressing them can potentially be upsetting to the people involved. However, not raising and addressing the issues means that the problem festers and potentially results in other employees getting upset because the matter is not resolved.
In this webinar we explore some of those sensitive topics. How can issues be raised and how can the reactions to the topics being raised be managed?
