This short webinar will examine Statutory Instrument 2026 No. 106 which brought about increases to criminal legal aid for Crown Court work with effect from 3 March 2026.
It is important that fee earners and anyone responsible for the billing of criminal legal aid work are fully up to date with these changes which will affect new cases i.e. those cases where the ‘relevant determination’ has been made on or after the date mentioned in the Statutory Instrument.
