Introduction

Low-risk AI systems, which represent the vast majority of all AI systems on the market, are almost entirely unregulated by the European AI Act. However, this does not mean that they are not important or less risky in practice than high-risk AI systems. On the contrary, they can generate substantial operational, financial or reputational risks. In reality, AI governance projects are about non-high risk AI systems, not high-risk ones.

How do you assess the actual role of individual low-risk artificial intelligence systems in organisations? What are the minimum requirements for managing them that will help an organisation use artificial intelligence systems effectively and safely? How do you avoid real business risks associated with AI systems? Answers to these and many other questions will be provided during the virtual classroom seminar.

What You Will Learn

This live and interactive course will cover the following:

  • What are the differences between high-risk AI systems and non-high risk AI systems?
  • What are AI Act requirements for high-risk AI systems?
  • How to estimate real risk of non-high risk AI systems and what is their real role in the organisation
  • Which requirements for high-risk AI systems are also worth considering for non-high risk AI systems too?
  • How to build effective AI governance that accelerates AI in your organisation by solving rather than creating the problems

Recording of live sessions: Soon after the Learn Live session has taken place you will be able to go back and access the recording - should you wish to revisit the material discussed.
