Employment Law - Recent Rulings & What’s on the Horizon

Introduction

Aimed at employment lawyers, HR professionals and people managers, this virtual classroom seminar will provide a review of recent employment case law rulings.

We will also look at what is on the horizon. The Employment Rights Bill brings considerable changes, and although this session is not specifically aimed at that Bill we will look at the changes that are due in the near future.

The content of this session is indicative and will be adapted to cover any recent rulings.
