Introduction

This virtual classroom workshop provides a practical overview of how to drive change within a professional practice. It is designed for law, accountancy and surveying firms seeking to strengthen their approach to change management.

Expert speaker Kim Tasso will examine why change can be particularly challenging in professional firms and explores the core principles and practical tools for effective leadership during periods of change. Consideration will also be given to managing resistance, maintaining momentum and addressing change fatigue.

This session focuses on developing understanding, encouraging reflection and identifying practical actions to support change at both individual and organisational levels.
