This session is particularly valuable for litigators, insolvency lawyers, accountants, advisors, and insolvency practitioners who act for either creditors or debtors in bankruptcy proceedings.

This virtual classroom seminar covers the main aspects of the procedures in relation to declaring somebody bankrupt, with a focus on court procedure, statutory compliance and the case law surrounding that process up to and including the making of a bankruptcy order.
