Introduction

This webinar will deal with 4 Guidelines published by the Sentencing Council as follows:

  • Miscellaneous Amendments to Guidelines - with effect from 1 April 2023
  • 12 new Guidelines in relation to Road Traffic Offences - with effect from 1 July 2023
  • Guidelines on Witness Intimidation - with effect from 1 October 2023
  • Guidelines on Perverting the Course of Justice with effect from 1 October 2023

In an ideal world, you would be able to keep up to speed with all of these Guidelines but, in reality, you just simply do not have the time to read and assimilate the changes brought about by these documents.
