Introduction
When it comes to stress and poor wellbeing, workloads and inter-personal relationships are cited as the two biggest causes according to the CIPD.
Often our inability to manage expectations of ourselves and others, leads to a fear of scrutiny and judgement, which then leads to the fear of potential consequences.
This can then lead to aggressive/passive/escape type behaviours and creating and maintaining boundaries is an essential strategy for productivity, performance and wellbeing.
This virtual classroom seminar will look at how to develop the mindset, tactics and confidence to be able to consistently manage our boundaries. You will learn how to say no and how to negotiate constructively.
