To make your online course attendance stress-free and simple, it’s important to troubleshoot any technical issues in advance.

Webinar checklist

If you have trouble viewing the preview, please refer to our list of possible errors below which provides solutions to a number of issues. If you still require assistance, please contact our team by calling 0161 793 0984 or emailing information@mblseminars.com

This error normally occurs because your firewall is blocking the incoming audio/video stream. If you have an IT team, please ask them to check the firewall settings.

If your browser does not support HTML 5 video, please switch to a modern browser such as Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

There is a fault with the web browser cache. You will need to clear the browser cache on your computer for the webinar to continue. If you require assistance please contact our technical team.

Learn Live checklist

We use either Adobe Connect or Zoom for our Learn Live sessions. Please refer to your login details (which are sent 5 days before the course date) to confirm the format on which your session will be taking place. If you are unable to log in or are experiencing technical issues, please call the Learn Live Support Line on 0161 728 8130.

Delegates who are booked to attend our Learn Live courses are invited to a weekly drop-in session which takes place every Wednesday at 10:00am – 11:00am. This provides an opportunity to troubleshoot any issues in advance with our Learn Live team.
