Introduction
Reports under section 37 Children Act 1989: what, when and why?
This virtual classroom seminar will provide an overview of the law relating to section 37 Children Act 1989 - an avenue available to the court in private law proceedings.
This live session will equip you with an understanding of what a section 37 report is, when the court might make such a direction or whether it should be invited to do so, and how section 37 reports can be a useful tool in proceedings.
