Introduction

This virtual classroom seminar presented by a procurement expert will cover the Procurement Act 2023 with an in-depth analysis of the key changes from current law, the Cabinet Office Web Page Transforming Public Procurement training programme and timetable . The content will be updated as new information is published.

A must for anyone who practises public procurement (lawyers, procurement officers and others in the public or private sectors) with some knowledge of public procurement.

It will consider key issues - are the changes substantive or more limited than the Cabinet Office say, the new concepts, approach and language of the Act the proposed subordinate legislation and guidance issued by the Cabinet Office.
