This area of law is an evolving field both because of the uncertain implications of Brexit together with new rulings in recent cases.
These claims often involve difficult issues of applicable law and decisions about whether to bring the case on a contractual or tortious basis.
This webinar will consider issues of jurisdiction and implications for procedure, quantum issues together with choice of experts for legal interpretation, liability and quantum.
