Introduction

This full day course is aimed at conveyancing team managers and those thinking of appointing one.

Appointing the ‘wrong’ manager leads to lost opportunities and reduced profits. Price transparency rules and the growing demand for better service and higher quality, means the ‘accidental lawyer-manager’ just ‘having a go’ is now too great a risk.

This practical course will provide you with the guidance and tools needed to be an effective manager of a conveyancing team meeting its productivity targets.
