Introduction

Presented by expert speaker Kathy Daniels, this virtual classroom seminar will explore some of the more complex issues relating to family friendly legislation. Kathy will guide you through a series of examples, a mix of case law, and fictitious examples written to bring out some of the more challenging aspects of family friendly legislation.

This workshop will also cover potential changes to legislation in the areas of neonatal care, carers leave, miscarriage leave and flexible working (as many requests for flexible working are made due to caring responsibilities).
