Rhiannon Pugh

Rhiannon is a Senior Associate in the competition team at CMS London. Rhiannon has over ten years’ experience in advising on competition law in the UK, Brussels and Germany. She advises on merger control, in particular in M&A projects at the EU level, and her practice also covers abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, compliance training and competition law related questions arising in day-to-day business. Having spent several years at a leading German law firm, she has considerable experience advising on competition law in Germany, in particular on merger control and vertical restraints. Rhiannon is dual-qualified in England & Wales and in Germany.
