HD Legal & Compliance. Hannah was a Legal Director in the corporate department at Clyde & Co and has over twenty four years of transactional experience. She has advised on takeovers, listings, fundraisings, joint ventures and company and business sales and acquisitions. Hannah also has financial services expertise and is a past winner of the Euroclear Prize, given for the most outstanding result in the CISI’s Diploma in Investment Compliance.
