Edward Lamb KC

Edward is head of the Court of Protection Team at Deka Chambers. Recent cases of note relating to vulnerable adults have included: Re: Aumord [2015]. Ed is a multi-disciplinary barrister and is the co-author of a recent text-book dealing with consent and in particular, determining consent for treatment in cases of brain injury/adults with incapacity.
