Introduction

Whilst the compulsory requirement for all solicitors to attend MCS1 in the first 3 years of admission may have been removed by the SRA, the core skills required of all solicitors remain as well as for those on the journey to becoming a successful manager.

Aimed at all solicitors in their first 3 years of PQE, this virtual classroom seminar will explore the key skills areas which all practitioners must develop; all of which are aligned to the 4 Core Competency sections of the SRA Threshold Standard in the Competency Statement.

Presented by our highly experienced management tutor and author, Peter Scott, this course will provide an enjoyable, interactive, and practical workshop for delegates.
