The virtual classroom session is suitable for anyone drafting their own statements of case or wishing to know more about the legal and practical issues arising in the drafting of statements of case.

This live and interactive course will cover the following:
- How to plead a claim where there is a breach of a concluded settlement agreement. It covers the options of enforcement by way of litigation, or through specific performance of the settlement
- How to plead a defence and counterclaim in a building repair claim and how to use expert information at the pleadings stage. Explanation of how arbitration claims can differ from CPR claims
- An application to the First Tier Tribunal to amend a boundary line on a registered title. How to plead the statement of case in support, and what conveyancing and other evidence is needed. How the FTT procedure is different to the CPR
- Enforcement of an arbitration award - getting an arbitration award before the courts using the Part 8 procedure. How to commence a CPR claim for the purposes of enforcement of an arbitration award and the information you need to provide to the court to make your award enforceable
