Boyes Turner. Rowan is a partner in the dispute resolution team. She is the head of the firm's construction service and is experienced in dealing with substantial claims. Rowan is a member of the Society of Construction Law and the Society for Computers and Law as well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
