Kevin Clancy

Shepherd & Wedderburn. Kevin has a broad range of experience advising public and private sector clients in civil and criminal proceedings in a range of disputes including licensing issues, breaches of health and safety legislation, corporate crime and regulatory offences. As a solicitor-advocate with civil rights of audience, Kevin has experience of litigating in a range of forums including the Court of Session, the Sheriff Court (civil and criminal matters), the Tax Tribunal and Liquor Licensing Boards. Kevin has been representing clients before licensing boards and licensing committees throughout Scotland for over 10 years, and has recently been advising clients in relation to the proposed licensing of short term lets.
