Introduction

Whistleblowing has been encouraged in the US for years. The EU Whistleblowing Directive required all EU member states to implement laws by 2021. The UK has had the Public Interest Disclosure Act since 1998, but there are calls to update it.

During this webinar Robert Bond will discuss the landscape of whistleblowing laws in US, EU and UK, and will explain the value of whistleblower hotlines and how to manage compliance with laws such as data protection.
