Introduction

Although most occupational arrangements in the commercial property sector tend to be by way of a commercial lease or a licence, there is certainly a time and a place to utilise a tenancy at will.

Whilst a tenancy at will is commonly used to bridge the gap between existing and negotiated arrangements, leaving one in place for too long can lead to unintended consequences for landlords.

This webinar will outline the common provisions of a tenancy at will arrangement and will highlight the advantages and disadvantages (for both landlord and tenant) of using the arrangement in different scenarios.
