No Fault Divorce - Where Are We Now?

Introduction

This webinar considers the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020, commonly referred to as no-fault divorce, which came into effect in April 2022.

The webinar will consider how the Act has changed our working and investigate issues which have arisen with the implementation of the change in the law.

It will also look in a little more detail at the rules which accompany the Act and how they are playing out in daily practice.
