NEC4 Form of Contract - Unravelling the 2023 Amendments

Introduction

This virtual classroom seminar will take you through all key changes to the NEC4 suite of contracts and explain what has changed and why.

The third set of amendments contain key information of market interest to the procurement teams at the pre-contract stage, as well as contract managers and project managers in delivery phase.

You will explore the improvements and how the changes knit the contracts together, as well as the published reasoning for the changes, which will enable you to critically appraise the usefulness of the amendments to your organisation and whether any Z clauses would be required.
