Introduction

This in-person seminar is aimed at trainees and paralegals; all of whom play an important role within a Family department of a law firm.

It will deal with the first contact with the client to the end of the case. It is essentially practical and delegates will be encouraged to fully participate in discussions during the course of the day.

The course will include a section on what happens in court and the role of the advocate. It will also provide answers to the common questions raised by the client during the life of a file.

If you are a paralegal or new to family law then this course is for you.
