Introduction

This virtual classroom seminar will cover what you can do as a solicitor when there is an aggressive or inappropriate LiP on the other side. It will consider how to communicate with these types of people, how to recognise the different types of personality (love bombing, boundary testing, passive aggression etc).

When and how you can take your own criminal action will also be considered, and what court orders there are for you during your client's case.

This live session will also look at reported caselaw.

What You Will Learn

This live and interactive course will cover the following:

  • How to communicate
  • Personality types
  • When can you take criminal action?
  • Court order options
  • Key caselaw

Recording of live sessions: Soon after the Learn Live session has taken place you will be able to go back and access the recording - should you wish to revisit the material discussed.
