Fraud through electronic payments is believed to costs the UK £2 million pounds every day.

When such frauds take place, the victims are often faced with the difficult question of who to sue and what claim to bring to recover their losses.

Unfortunately, the current state of the law does not make answering such questions very easy.

Establishing liability for fraudulent electronic payments often requires a strategic approach which makes use of any and all legal and procedural tools available.

This new virtual classroom seminar will consider the key issues involved in bringing claims to recover losses arising from fraudulent electronic payments.
