Pricing transparency is increasingly a high priority for the Competition and Markets Authority (‘CMA’), with further enforcement set to continue in 2024/2025.

The risks in this area will only increase now that the CMA has been granted new powers to impose penalties of up to 10% of global turnover under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers (‘DMCC’) Act.
