Tim Jones

Atherstone St. James Ltd. Tim has 25 years’ experience of building surveying, construction project management and has delivered construction projects worth over £500m in a wide range of areas including leisure facilities, housing, museums, theatres, district heating, parks, farms and area based regeneration. He is an RICS APC chairman/assessor for both building surveying and project management panels and runs a private practice providing procurement, project management and business planning advice.
