Principal Associate, Gowling WLG. Sushil advises on all aspects of financial services regulatory law, with a particular emphasis on cross-sector retail conduct risk issues. She advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious financial services regulatory issues within the Supervision and Enforcement Divisions of the Financial Conduct Authority. Sushil's cross-sector retail experience includes assessing and advising on regulatory aspects of firms' financial promotions, remuneration arrangements, conflicts of interest, product governance, systems and controls and corporate governance.
