Sarah Schütte

Independent consultant and trainer. Sarah is a qualified solicitor-advocate and specialises in the law of the built environment. As a junior, she worked at DLA Piper and Berwin Leighton Paisner, advising public and private clients on contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering matters. Sarah then moved in-house to London Underground Limited (later merging with Transport for London) to support its public transport network upgrades and infrastructure projects, advising on a range of PPP, PFI and commercial and supply contracts. Sarah later worked part-time for WSP|Parsons Brinckerhoff, supporting its UK professional services team, managing disputes and insurance claims, and working with the global risk team. Since 2015, Sarah has consulted to the construction and engineering industry, teaches workshops and is a regular commentator and conference speaker.
