Raymond Joyce

Consultant, Freeths LLP. In addition to being a solicitor, Raymond is a chartered civil engineer experienced mediator, Adjudicator, Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. Raymond is the author of the 'Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 Explained' published by Thomas Telford, having previous authored two editions of a book explaining the previous Construction Design and Management Regulations.
