Having worked as a lawyer in the corporate department of Clifford Chance, Peter undertook an MBA before joining Cavendish, the UK's leading specialist adviser on company sales, in 1995. Since joining Cavendish, Peter has been involved in the sale of over 60 companies including household names such as Avent Baby Products, Antler Luggage and Plymouth Gin. Peter is a frequent lecturer and author on the subject of mergers and acquisitions.
