Mike Hibberd

Associate at Doyle Clayton. Mike is an Employment and Data Protection Law specialist. He has acted on numerous data related matters for both individuals and businesses when responding to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs). When acting for controllers, Mike acts for companies of all sizes, including start-ups and large FTSE100 multi-national corporations. Mike also frequently deals with ICO communications, including responding to ICO complaints made by individuals. Mike was a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association Working Party who responded to the ICO’s consultation on the ICO’s guidance for responding to DSARs.
