No5 Chambers. Jack has developed a broad practice acting on behalf of local planning authorities, appellants and residents' groups. Recent planning cases he has been involved with in the last year include a number of planning inquiries where the case centred around the contested impact on conservation areas and the setting of listed buildings. He has also advised a number of local planning authorities in respect of serious breaches of planning control in respect of unauthorised works to listed buildings. He has lectured extensively on a variety of topics in planning law including injunctions, gypsy traveller, EIA development and listed buildings.
