Edward Hetherington

Edward Hetherington, Barrister, Albion Chambers was called to the Bar in 2006. Since then he has prosecuted and defended cases involving breaches of statutory duty in both the Crown and Magistrates' Courts. He is regularly instructed by government departments to prosecute complex cases involving difficult issues of law and have conducted a wide range of cases involving expert evidence. He defends in all manner of regulatory cases and has considerable experience in advising at an early stage on cooperation with investigating authorities, as well as dealing with early consideration of appropriate guilty pleas.
