David Bowden
David is a specialist financial services lawyer. He is well known for his work in consumer credit lawyer being the co-editor of Sweet & Maxwell’s Encyclopaedia of Consumer Credit Law. His 30 years’ experience has covered both the contentious and non-contentious aspects of financial services regulation. As a litigator he was also instructing solicitor on a number of important costs law cases such as Kelly (ATE premiums), Harrison (relief from sanctions) and Dickinson (set off and CFAs). He regularly writes about developments in costs law.
