Environmental, Social and Governance (‘ESG’) has been an increasing feature of the FCA’s focus over the last few years.

In November 2021 they set out their ESG strategy and in their three-year strategy 2022 - 2025, ESG was highlighted again as an area of focus under ‘Setting and testing higher standards’.
