Introduction
This virtual classroom seminar will provide an update on legal developments in the field of historical child abuse claims in Scotland.
Following upon the introduction of The Limitation (Childhood Abuse) (Scotland) Act 2017 which removed the three year statutory limitation for commencement of actions in Scotland relating to child abuse, there have been various developments in the law. This live session will provide a detailed exploration of those developments.
