Introduction

This live broadcast session will provide delegates with a sound introduction to the key elements of the most common types of construction document - professional appointments, building contracts and collateral warranties.

It is aimed at junior real estate lawyers who come into contact with construction documents in the context of real estate development transactions.

The course will culminate in a practical exercise in which delegates will learn to review construction documents from the point of view of a third party beneficiary, such as a tenant entering into an agreement for lease with landlord’s works.
