Introduction
Food law is always topical as evidenced by a number of recent cases and the proposal to introduce sentencing guidelines is likely to see an increase in fines for food offences which will have a significant impact on food businesses.
Do your clients operate in the food industry, perhaps as manufacturers or producers? Do you work with hotels, restaurants, retailers, caterers or food service providers? Are you able to provide advice on their food law issues and if not, would you like to do so?
