Introduction

In April 2022 the Home Office introduced the Global Business Mobility Visa.

This webinar focuses on the Senior or Specialist Workers category which essentially replaced the old Intra Company Transfer route and applies to senior managers or specialist employees who are being assigned to a UK employer which is linked to their overseas employer and who wish to undertake a temporary assignment in the UK.
