The Settlement Scheme, Appendix EU & Appendix EU-FP - The Latest Position
The UK has finally left the EU and the Settlement Scheme has now been functioning for months.
Appendix EU, originally a simple document, has meanwhile evolved into a lengthy and convoluted chapter of the Immigration Rules, requiring extensive internal cross-referencing as well as an understanding of the EEA Regulations.
This new live broadcast session is intended to provide a comprehensive review of Appendix EU, Appendix EU-Family Permit and the Settlement Scheme.
It will cover the full range of scenarios delegates are likely to encounter in practice: from ‘mainstream’ applications for EEA nationals and their immediate and extended family members, through to situations involving derivative and retained rights, as well as Lounes and Surinder Singh cases.
It is aimed at practitioners who have a working knowledge of the EEA Regulations. A basic understanding of Appendix EU will be helpful but is not essential.
